Working with your clients to achieve either their temporary staffing or permanent recruitment requirements, you'll provide an all round approach to meeting their goals and then exceeding their expectations.

It's all about developing partnerships, so you'll need to work alongside your clients with the aim of giving outstanding service first time, every time in order to foster the relationship.

But building the partership with your client will only get you half way there, so doing the same with your candidates is vitally important. Look after them, and they'll look after you.

About you

Experienced Consultant

You'll be working in the industry at the moment and be looking to enhance your career prospects. You should have a good track record of achieving targets.

Experienced Sales Professional

If you're currently working in B2B direct sales then a move to recruitment could offer you a greater scope and more enjoyable challenge. You should be a proven performer with great communication skills.

Graduate or Industry Professional

If you've recently graduated, no matter what your degree, and are looking for a varied and challenging career, we'd be interested in talking to you. Similarly if you are an experienced industry professional, in any sector, and fancy a change in direction, this could be an option.

In either case, you'll need to be confident in doing direct sales, a great communicator and have unquenchable thirst for success.
